Fragrant pancakes: the quick recipe for breakfast
Fluffy, fragrant pancakes ready in minutes? Flavored sugar can be used as a substitute for regular sugar. while delivering a real flavour from the very first bite.
Ingredients (for 10 to 12 pancakes)
- 200 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of flavored sugar
- 30g of melted butter (or neutral oil)
Express preparation
- Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl.
- Add the eggs, milk and melted butter.
- Incorporate the flavored sugar and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes (optional but recommended).
- Cook the pancakes in a hot, lightly greased pan.
Soft tip
For even fluffier pancakes, Cook over low heat and turn them over as soon as small bubbles appear.
