Ingredients (for 10 to 12 pancakes)

  • 200 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 cl of milk
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of flavored sugar
  • 30g of melted butter (or neutral oil)

Express preparation

  1. Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter.
  3. Incorporate the flavored sugar and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Let it rest for 5 minutes (optional but recommended).
  5. Cook the pancakes in a hot, lightly greased pan.
