Ingredients

  • 1 L of whole milk
  • 1 plain yogurt (or a sachet of starter culture)
  • Flavored sugar (flavor of your choice)
Recommended dosage per liter of milk:
  • 2 level tablespoons : mild taste
  • 3 level tablespoons : fragrant taste ⭐

Tip: Start with 2 spoonfuls. If you want a stronger taste, increase to 3 next time.

Preparation

  1. Warm the milk
Heat the milk until it is hot but bearable to the touch.
  2. Mix
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with a little milk, then pour in the rest and whisk.
  3. Perfume
Add the flavored sugar (2 or 3 level tablespoons) and mix thoroughly.
  4. Put in jars
Pour into clean jars, without stirring too much afterwards.
  5. Incubate
Leave for 8 to 12 hours in a yogurt maker, or in a switched-off but warm oven.
  6. Cool
Place in the fridge at least 4 hours before serving.

Gourmet tips

  • For a firmer yogurt: let it incubate a little longer.
  • For a “wow” touch: add a small pinch of flavored sugar when serving.
  • Great with: fresh fruit, granola, chocolate shavings.

Choose your fragrance ✨

Fruity, indulgent, original… all you have to do is choose your flavoured sugar to transform your homemade yogurts.
