• 1 liter of whole milk (essential for creaminess)
• 100g of special round dessert rice
• 2 to 3 tablespoons of flavored sugar

The step-by-step recipe (creamy for sure)

1. Pour the milk into a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
2. Bring gently to a simmer (do not boil vigorously).
3. Add the short-grain rice and mix.
4. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes over low heat , stirring regularly.
5. When the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy, turn off the heat.
6. Add the flavored sugar at the end of cooking , mix thoroughly.
7. Taste and adjust if necessary.
